科研简介 |
主要致力于丰产金属镍催化的惰性键活化、光/镍和电/镍协同催化的碳杂键形成和炔烃的双官能团化反应研究。利用自然界广泛存在的酯和酰胺为绿色原料,实现了一系列高效的脱羰反应,解决了一些重要有机偶联反应长期依赖于卤代芳烃作为偶联试剂的难题。通过光/镍和电/镍协同催化,实现了室温条件下多种碳杂键的形成,为先进药物和多功能材料的合成与后期修饰提供了温和高效的新途径。通过对光催化剂的精准选择以及对光催化策略和电催化策略的选择,实现了一系列多取代烯烃的高立体选择性合成,为立体选择性构筑复杂药物分子提供了新思路。迄今共发表一作和通讯文章(含共同)20篇,包括Nat. Catal. (1), Nat. Synth. (1), Nat. Commun. (1), CCS Chem. (1), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (6), JACS Au (1), Chem. Sci. (2) 和Sci. Bull. (1) 等(其中6篇先后成为ESI高被引文章)。论文总被引大于1600次,H-index 为22。 |
